How Coaching Works
Coaching is a client led process.
The goals, timing and accountability are entirely your own. You know far more about yourself and your business than I do. Over the course of our conversations my responsibility to you is to ensure that we keep our eye on your ultimate aim whilst breaking it down into manageable chunks.
Coaching isn’t necessarily always the easiest process, but changes can never be made if we all stay safely within our comfort zone. In order to want to change, you already need to be feeling a certain level of unease or dissatisfaction about your current circumstances. It might be only the lowest level hum - but you know it’s there.
In this case curiosity doesn’t kill the cat because the right questions are how we work our way down to what needs doing, and how to do it.
I am here to positively challenge you to make sure you get the most out of the process and, more importantly, how your decisions and actions remain sustainable once we have finished our sessions together. Coaching should lead to long term change rather than a few easy tweaks.
Depending on what you want to achieve and your time frame, we will work together for 3 - 6 months across a series of 6 sessions held either in person or online face to face, to ensure that you are supported every step of the way. Sessions will be around an hour long and you will come away with a clear sense of what you want to do along with the frame work of how to do it.
Our coaching relationship starts with a half hour call to discuss what you are looking for and what you would get from coaching. This is of course complimentary as you can’t start working together unless you know it will actually work.

Where you are really strapped for time we can also do a one off Power Hour (or two) to help you to gain the clarity and momentum you need to get started…

The Options…
6 Session Programme.
Starting with our half-hour introductory call, we will then follow a 6 Session Programme.
Firstly we will work to define exactly what it is you want to get out of the coaching process, with subsequent sessions focusing on strategies to ensure that this goal is realistic, attainable and ultimately where you end up.
Essentially we will bridge the gap from you as you are now, to you as you would like to be.
Bespoke.
It may well be that you need a just a session or two, or you feel that you need something longer term.
Either way we can discuss exactly what it is you are looking for and tailor a programme to suit you.
